Short version: TennisHackery is a coaching service. We use your match data, communications, and uploads to help your coach work with you — that's it. We don't sell your data, we don't advertise to you, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to run the service.
To deliver coaching: generate your reports, route your messages, show your match history, and send you service notifications. We also use aggregated patterns to improve the platform. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your coach and TennisHackery superadmins. Behind the scenes, a small number of infrastructure providers help us run the platform — storage, email, messaging — and they only handle the data needed to do their job. They can't use it for anything else.
If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to the account and be on any WhatsApp thread between the junior and their coach. We never use juniors' data for marketing or profiling. If your child is under 13, please reach out before creating an account so we can handle additional consent requirements.
Want a copy of your data? Want it deleted? Want to update something? Just email match@tennishackery.com and ask. We'll handle it — typically within a few business days. Deletion removes your data from active systems; encrypted backups cycle out within 90 days.
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Uploaded media is encrypted at rest by our storage provider. If you suspect anyone has accessed your account, email us right away.
If we change this policy meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top and let active subscribers know by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.
